PhoenixCTI entered into its partnership with Convergys Corporation in June of 2000, adding agreements with NMS, Workscape, Nuance, and others shortly thereafter.

PhoenixCTI has deployed multiple solutions for Fortune 1000 companies like Humana and Delta Dental, and in November of 2002, was selected by Group Voyagers, Inc. -- the largest escorted travel company in the world -- to implement a major call center and customer relationship management initiative.
